Directions for use in commercial soft serve machine:

•  Add 1⁄2 gallon of water to mixing bucket
•  Add entire bag of soft serve mix to the water
•  Use a wire whisk to completely dissolve powder
•  Add more water to fill to 1 gallon mark on bucket
• For safe handling, the FDA requires prepared mix to be stored/used at or below 410F

Making Shivery Shake Soft Serve in your Ninja Creami is quick and easy! With just a few simple steps, you’ll turn our creamy, flavorful mix into a smooth, soft serve-style treat that tastes like it came straight from an ice cream shop

• Bate 1 taza (182g) de mezcla para helado suave Shivery Shake con 1.5 tazas de agua. Opcional: añade 1-2 cucharadas adicionales de mezcla para más sabor.
• Pour into the Ninja pint container, up to the max fill line. 
• Freeze at least 24 hours  (this is standard Ninja directions)
• Let your pint sit on the counter for ~15-20 minutes to soften slightly
• Usa el ajuste de “Helado” para mezclar. Para un helado más cremoso, usa la función de re-mezclado.

Directions for Home Use Soft Serve Machines:

• En un bol grande, mezcla 1 taza de Mezcla para Helado Suave Shivery Shake y 2 ½ tazas de leche (entera o semidesnatada) con un batidor de alambre.
• Enfría en el refrigerador durante al menos 30 minutos antes de usar.
• Pour in home soft serve machine.
• Deja que el helado suave se mezcle y congele hasta alcanzar la consistencia de servicio deseada.
• Comienza a comprobar la consistencia después de 12-15 minutos dispensando una cantidad muy pequeña.
• Si el helado no está lo suficientemente espeso, viértelo de nuevo en el bol congelador y continúa mezclando/congelando hasta alcanzar la consistencia deseada.  Comprueba   a menudo, ya que el helado puede volverse demasiado espeso y difícil de dispensar cuanto más tiempo se congele. Si esto ocurre, simplemente retira el bol, saca el helado y disfrútalo.
