Ella ★★★★★

Ran out of milk mid-recipe and this saved the day — a couple scoops in warm water and my pancakes came out fine. The 1 lb bag reseals okay and it's way cheaper than running to the store.

Madison ★★★★★

I've been using this for scones and pancakes, and it mixes in perfectly without any clumps. The 1 lb bag is a nice size for my pantry and stays fresh longer than liquid milk.

Samuel V. ★★★★★

Stirred a couple tablespoons into my coffee and honestly couldn't tell it wasn't fresh milk. The 1 lb bag takes up barely any shelf space, so it's worth keeping one on hand for baking emergencies. Mixes smooth without clumps if you whisk it into warm water first.
